CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: May 25, 2026
This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how advertisers may stop advertising campaigns and request a refund of eligible unused funds held in their Redtraffic account.
This Policy forms part of Redtraffic’s Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.
1. No Subscriptions or Recurring Billing
Redtraffic operates a self-service prepaid advertising platform.
Redtraffic does not provide subscription-based advertising services, automatic renewals, or automatic recurring charges. Each payment is initiated or expressly authorized by the Buyer.
When a Buyer adds funds to its Redtraffic account, an invoice is generated for that payment. Once received and credited, the funds become a prepaid advertising balance that may be used to purchase advertising services through campaigns created and managed by the Buyer.
Because Redtraffic does not operate on a subscription basis, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
2. Stopping an Advertising Campaign
Buyers may pause or stop their advertising campaigns through the Redtraffic Platform, subject to any binding campaign terms, reserved inventory arrangements, insertion orders, minimum-spend commitments, or separate written agreements that may apply.
Stopping a campaign affects only future advertising delivery. It does not reverse or cancel traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, placements, or other advertising services already delivered or recorded before the campaign was stopped.
A campaign is considered stopped when its status is changed to paused, stopped, or otherwise inactive within the Platform.
Advertising activity validly delivered before the campaign was stopped remains chargeable and non-refundable.
3. Refunds of Unused Account Balances
A Buyer may request a refund only for the eligible unused remaining balance in its Redtraffic account.
No refund is available for:
delivered advertising traffic;
consumed campaign spend;
completed advertising services;
amounts already spent, charged, committed, or reserved in connection with a campaign;
payment-processing, banking, wire-transfer, card-network, currency-conversion, blockchain-network, or other third-party fees; or
amounts lawfully withheld, deducted, retained, or applied because of chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud, invalid traffic, prohibited activity, compliance concerns, taxes, regulatory requirements, or breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Stopping a campaign does not automatically initiate a refund. A separate refund request must be submitted to Redtraffic.
4. Refund Eligibility, Thresholds, and Fees
During the first six (6) months following the Buyer’s initial deposit, the Buyer may request a refund of its eligible unused remaining account balance, subject to the Terms and Conditions, verification requirements, compliance review, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.
After the first six (6) months following the initial deposit, or after the Buyer makes a second deposit, whichever occurs first, approved refunds are subject to the following minimum refund thresholds:
USD 239 for wire-transfer refunds;
USD 50 for refunds through other payment methods.
Redtraffic may deduct a processing fee of up to ten percent (10%) from an approved refund after the period described above, together with any applicable non-refundable third-party fees or costs.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted to:
Email: help@redtraffic.com
The request should be sent from the email address associated with the Buyer’s Redtraffic account and should identify the relevant account and payment.
Before approving or processing a refund, Redtraffic may require identity verification, business verification, beneficial ownership information, proof of payment-method ownership, transaction records, tax documentation, or other information reasonably required for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering compliance, payment-provider compliance, or applicable legal requirements.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
6. Refund Method and Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method and in the original payment currency where possible.
If the original payment method is unavailable or unable to receive the refund, Redtraffic may consider an alternative method after completing any additional verification and compliance checks it considers necessary.
Approved refunds will normally be submitted for processing within fifteen (15) business days after approval. Additional time may be required for payment-provider, banking, card-network, compliance, fraud-prevention, sanctions, tax, or regulatory review.
Redtraffic is not responsible for delays, holds, rejections, fees, exchange-rate differences, or deductions imposed by third-party payment providers, banks, card networks, blockchain networks, or other financial institutions.
7. Account Closure
A Buyer may request closure of its Redtraffic account by contacting help@redtraffic.com.
Before closing the account, Redtraffic may stop active campaigns, reconcile delivered advertising services, apply any outstanding charges or deductions, complete required verification or compliance reviews, and process any eligible refund request.
Closing an account does not cancel amounts already owed and does not automatically create a right to a refund.
8. Terms and Conditions
This Policy is a summary of the cancellation and refund procedures applicable to Redtraffic’s prepaid advertising services.
All refund requests remain subject to Redtraffic’s Terms and Conditions, including the Refunds, Advertising Budget, Payment Providers, Compliance, and Breach and Enforcement sections.
If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall control.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
